Description
A large area of mountain forest land near Dake Onsen, on the border between Fukushima and Tochigi prefectures.
My father bought this land near Dake Onsen about 40 years ago. It is very likely a so-called "wilderness land scam" (genya shoho) parcel, which was popular at the time. Neither my parents nor I have been able to visit the site, so we have not confirmed its current condition. We therefore cannot answer whether it faces a road or whether a car can drive up to the site. According to a local real estate agent, there is a cemetery managed by the city next door, and the land seems to have large trees. It is probably a large area of mountain forest. If you are fine with that, we look forward to your inquiry.
The land consists of 2 lots (661 m² and 661 m², 1,322 m² in total). We will give the detailed address to those who inquire. Fixed asset tax is currently not charged.
The address is listed as being in Tochigi Prefecture on the documents, but Dake Onsen in Nihonmatsu only comes up as Fukushima, so this listing is posted under Fukushima Prefecture. We will check again later and let you know if anything changes. Since the land lies right on the border between Fukushima and Tochigi, the district boundaries may have been changed.
<For buyers purchasing both lots together>
The price will be decided through discussion. First, we would like to know whether anyone is interested, so please feel free to get in touch. (Please refrain from casual inquiries with no intention to buy.)
Because Dake Onsen is nearby, we hope someone will make use of the land in some way.
* As we live far away, we cannot accompany you to the site. Please carry out your own investigation and checks. We have no further information beyond the address, so please make use of the Legal Affairs Bureau and similar resources.
The inheritance paperwork has now been completed. Those who have already contacted us and still wish to buy are asked to contact us again with your desired price. To allow time for people who plan to visit the site, the application period is set until the end of June for now. We will choose a buyer from among those who contact us, based on whose wishes match ours. Please understand that if negotiations fail, we may recruit buyers again.
