Description
This land was inherited by my father from my grandmother. It was purchased on an acquaintance's introduction around the time before the Nagano Olympics were held. It has remained vacant (cleared) land since it was bought, and no building has ever been built on this site. We live in Kanagawa Prefecture, which is far away, so we cannot visit the site and it has been left unattended. Since there is no point in keeping it, we would like to sell it right away if there is someone who needs it.
We hope to pass it on to someone who likes this land and has a use for it. The asking price is 3,000,000 yen.
Because the area is rich in nature, we think it is ideal for anyone who wants a quiet country life. It is a southwest corner lot with no buildings in front to block the light, so it gets good sunlight. However, we are not from the area and have never lived there, so we do not really know the local characteristics or how comfortable it is to live in. We think a car is essential to get anywhere.
Gas is individual propane gas. Electricity is probably available, since there are neighboring houses. Water is a simple water supply, and sewage is by vacuum truck collection (pit toilet/septic collection). However, Chikuma City began new water supply and sewer construction work this year. Last year, the Chikuma City Hall Construction Department, Water and Sewerage Division, Maintenance Section contacted us about installing an electric water pump, with the cost shared half and half between Chikuma City and the 7 households in this housing development. We declined. It seems that only 3 of the 7 households agreed, so we presume only those 3 households are using the pump. Some kind of work also seems to be underway on the sewer side, but we do not know the details.

私の父親が祖母より相続した土地になります。長野オリンピックが開催する前あたりに知人より紹介を受け購入した土地になります。購入当初よりずっと更地のままの状態で、今まで本敷地に建物を建築したことはありません。こちらは神奈川県に在住しており遠方ということもあって現地には行けずほったからしの現状ですし、所有していても意味がないので必要としている方がいらっしゃればすぐにでも売却を希望しております。
こちらの土地を気に入っていただき、必要と思われる方にお譲りできればと思っています。希望価格は300万円です。
自然豊かな土地ですので、静かに田舎暮らしをしたいという方にはうってつけの物件だと思います。南西の角地で前にさえぎる建物はありませんので日当たりも良好です。ただ地域的な特徴や住みやすさ等は地元でもなく住んだこともありませんのでイマイチよく分かりません。どこに行くにも車は必須の場所だと思います。
ガスは個別プロパンガスで、電気は近隣のお宅もあるので通っているものと思われます。簡易水道、下水は汲み取りです。ただ、今年に入って千曲市の方で上下水の新設工事を行なっております。水道は電動ポンプを千曲市と本団地内の７世帯で半々で金額を出し合い設置したい旨の連絡が千曲市役所建設部上下水道課整備係から昨年ありましたが、私共はお断りいたしました。７世帯中３世帯の方のみしか同意得られなかったようなので、ポンプをお使いになられてるのは、３世帯のみかと推測されます。下水に関してもなんかしらの工事がされているようですが、詳細はよくわかりません。
