My father bought this land 30 years ago as a site for a villa, but nothing has ever been built on it. It is in a convenient location, about 50 minutes from Sendai, Yamagata and Fukushima, and is within the Zaōen housing development. Within walking distance there are hot springs, an Italian cafe, a pottery kiln, and a 2.4 km cycling road. I love the natural surroundings too, but the land is far from my home and I can rarely visit, so I would like to pass it on to anyone who is interested.
