This is land that my father, whose hobby was photographing Mt. Fuji, bought in order to build a vacation home.
There is a house at the back of the plot, and a pine grove lies next door. Mt. Fuji can be seen beyond the large pine trees, so you can faintly make out the mountain. Personally, I think it is a view with a lot of charm. (Incidentally, the Mt. Fuji photo on the website was taken from the corner of the site.) The land was originally sold as a vacation-home development, but about 10 houses are scattered around the area, and I think the living environment is not bad. There is also a garbage collection station.
To drive onto the land from the one-way road, there is a height difference of about 50 cm. As the plot is on a gentle slope, land preparation (grading) will be necessary.
