This is a villa subdivision lot that my mother purchased a long time ago. Decades have passed without it being used, for example by building a villa on it. My mother is now elderly and can no longer visit the site, so we would like to part with it as soon as possible.
The lot is about 5 km from Lake Hatori, and close to a golf course, a lakeside auto campsite and a ski resort, making it recommended for people who enjoy outdoor sports in nature.
