The road access to the land is somewhat problematic, but I think it only needs one issue to be cleared. The plan is to pass through the adjoining miscellaneous-use land (zasshuchi) that is contiguous with this land, i.e. to go through the neighbouring parcel. If that is no problem, you would either lease it or buy it, which I think would be cheap, and the site would become even larger, which would be ideal. Together it would come to roughly 1,500 tsubo. Depending on securing the neighbouring land, various possibilities open up: a materials storage yard, camping-related use, solar power generation facilities, a warehouse, and more.
The location is Misaki-cho, Isumi City, Chiba Prefecture, a place famous for its seafood: Ise spiny lobster, tiger pufferfish (torafugu), turban shells (sazae), octopus, sea bream, plus mountain produce. It is the number one countryside for those who want to live somewhere for the food. There is the Isumi Railway, and this is a hometown countryside full of nature with a gentle natural environment. How about relocating here?
