Description
This is a field of about 600 tsubo (approx. 1,980 m²) that was formerly used as a strawberry sales stand on the outskirts of Kagoshima City. It faces a 10-meter-wide cherry-tree-lined road known as the Myoenji Kaido.

現在は畑で面積は600坪ほどあり、妙円寺街道と呼ばれる桜並木の道路幅10メートルの道路に接しています。鹿児島中央駅まで車で約20分、伊集院インターや松元インターまで車で約5分の場所にあります。鹿児島交通バス停まで200メートルです。都市計画区域内の畑で、用途は色々あるかと思います。畑の中にはサワーポメロ、柿の木、桜の木があります。すぐ近くにも2,000坪程の畑を所有していましたが、そこは東京の会社が買ってくれました。宅地転用も容易な場所だと思います。
昔イチゴ売りをしていた場所で、車の交通量も多く、親類の家族を含め4人でイチゴ・葡萄など、一日で150万以上売り上げていました。バブルの頃「3,000万円で売ってください」という話がありましたが、大切なイチゴ売り場だったので断ったそうで、現在に至っています。現在は私が相続し、管理をしています。ご検討の程、宜しくお願いします。
