This is a villa lot that my father bought 30 years ago. At the time he reportedly planned to build a villa with a basement, but it has never been used and is now wooded mountain land overgrown with trees. The lot is quite steep, so its possible uses may be limited, but I would be grateful if someone would make use of it.
There are no management fees for this villa area. Gas is propane, so you will need to install a gas cylinder. Electricity would be drawn in from a nearby utility pole. Water is not connected. There seem to be pipes nearby, but a connection must be made. (I have heard that from around the year after next the area will be on the town water supply at no cost, but at present there are construction costs. The tap water is reportedly spring water.)
A ski resort is nearby. A golf course (Keikyu Country Club) and a hot spring (Tengu no Yakata) are about 10 minutes away by car. The lot is located at the dead end of the road, so you should be able to use it without worrying much about the surroundings. Wild mountain vegetables (tara no me, Japanese angelica tree buds) can be gathered here.
Because the lot is quite steep, its uses are likely to be limited, or the land would need to be levelled. Depending on your mobile carrier, reception may be weak.

父が30年前に購入した別荘地です。当初は地下室付きの別荘を作る予定だったらしいのですが、現在まで使われることなく木が生い茂る山林となっています。傾斜がかなりあるため使用用途は限られてしまうかもしれませんが、使っていただけたらありがたいです。
管理費がかからない別荘地です。ガスはプロパンになるのでボンベを設置していただきます。電気は近くの電柱から引き込むことになります。水道は引き込みはしておらず、近くに配管はあるようですが引き込みが必要です。（再来年辺りから町の水道になるようで費用がかからないとお聞きしましたが現状は工事費がかかります（水道水は湧き水だそうです）。
スキー場が近いです。ゴルフ場(京急カントリークラブ)や温泉(天狗の館)へも車で10分位で行けます。道の突き当たりに位置するので、割と周りを気にせず使えると思います。山菜(タラの芽)が採れます。
かなり傾斜があるため使用用途が限られると思います。もしくは整地が必要になります。キャリアによっては電波が届きづらいかもしれません。
