I bought this land 35 years ago and am currently using it as a home vegetable garden. It is located in a hillside residential area in Nanae Town, on the outskirts of Hakodate City.
I have owned this land for many years. My children have become independent and live elsewhere, and my own home is in the same town close to my parents, so I have decided to sort out the real estate I own. As it is part of the Aobadai housing complex, electricity and water are already connected. It gets plenty of sunlight, and because it is on high ground you can see the Ono plain and Mt. Hakodate.
