In May 2026 (Reiwa 8) the heated toilet seat broke down and was replaced with a new one.
Note: This property is a used house built in 1979 (Showa 54). When the building confirmation was obtained, the lot was combined with the adjacent house, so the building coverage ratio was compliant at that time. The lot was later subdivided, and based on the standalone site area the building coverage ratio is approximately 64.7%, which exceeds the 60% limit. Therefore, when the house is rebuilt in the future, it will need to be built on a slightly smaller scale than the current building. Extensions, alterations and renovations of the existing building are not a problem.
Rain leaks and similar problems were found in the past, but since renovation work in February 2021 (Reiwa 3), no defects have been reported during our ownership period. Details of these precautions before purchase will be explained in advance.
